The Richmond location of Mission BBQ.

Mission BBQ, an American barbecue restaurant chain with several locations across Virginia, will be giving away free sandwiches in honor of Armed Forces week through May 19.

Each day will be dedicated to one branch of the military. Today's lucky branch is the Marine Corps. Navy gets free sandwiches on Wednesday, the Air Force on Thursday and the Coast Guard on Friday.

From 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday, there will be live singing of the national anthem and any active duty military and veteran can get the freebie deal in observance of Armed Forces Day.
